Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
At Barker Contracting, we leverage the CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) delivery method to maximize value for our clients. With CMAR, we ensure early involvement of the construction manager during the design phase, enabling us to provide valuable input on value engineering, cost estimates, and constructability reviews. This collaborative approach allows us to identify and address potential challenges early, resulting in streamlined processes and optimized project timelines. By committing to a guaranteed maximum price between the 60 to 90 percent design phase, we offer transparency and cost certainty, empowering our clients to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
