Riley packs a large amount of experience into 15+ years in the construction industry. He is known for his ability to meet aggressive schedules while staying on budget and going above and beyond to meet client expectations. He is collaborative and cost-conscious, performing extremely well in challenging environments. He studied construction management at Brigham Young University for two years, then graduated with honors from the University of Washington, earning a bachelor’s degree in urban development. Riley has successfully delivered high-profile, high-stake projects for both government and commercial clients.
Riley is an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America. He also works with his church on numerous service projects. Work includes helping schools, cleaning up local parks and assisting individuals within our community. He previously participated in projects for Habitat for Humanity, and was a member of Tucson Utility Contractor Association (TUCA) and Kiwanis International.
