As a fundamental team member, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction thru project completion– on-time, on-budget and to BCI’s quality standards and Client’s satisfaction. Support the effectiveness of the project superintendent and personnel assigned to the project. Collaborate with the management team where their areas of influence, knowledge or authority are affected. Respond to RFQ’s/RFP’s, as well as be available to attend various networking functions and create relationships within the construction community.
